Cancellation & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations are not allowed.

After Delivery: An order, once delivered, can't be cancelled!

Refund for Canceled Orders: If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Since we deal in food products, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we offer replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged Products: If the product is received in a damaged or tampered condition.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
• Expired Product: If the product delivered is past its expiration date.

Conditions for Replacement:

• Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear photo or video proof of the damaged or incorrect product is required for verification.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund?

• Proof of issue (photo/video)

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used food products.
• Orders placed with incorrect addresses or incomplete details.
• Delays due to courier or logistics issues beyond our control.
