Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India using trusted logistics partners.

Some remote areas may not be serviceable. If your location is not covered, our team will inform you after order placement.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹499 .

For orders below ₹500 , a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package. If undelivered, courier partners may attempt redelivery or return the order.
• If an incorrect address is provided, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
